We’ll have weekly check-ins to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any challenges. You’ll also have access to ongoing support via messaging so you’re never left guessing what to do next.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I understand how to modify workouts for injuries and limitations. If you have any concerns, we’ll discuss them before starting and adjust your program accordingly.
Your workouts are delivered through my training app, where you’ll find guided exercises, demo videos, and progress tracking. Each workout is tailored to your fitness level and available equipment.
