Meet Anna, The Fit Dr

I’m Dr. Anna, AKA The Fit Dr., a Physical Therapist, WBFF Pro, and Certified Nutrition & Fitness Coach, but most importantly—a mom just like you.

I know firsthand how challenging it can be to juggle motherhood, career, and personal health. That’s exactly why I created The Confident Mom Method—a science-backed, sustainable approach to fat loss and strength building designed specifically for busy moms over 30.

With my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, I bring a deep understanding of how the body moves and adapts—so my clients don’t just “lose weight”; they build lifelong strength, confidence, and energy.

After years of competing and earning my WBFF Pro Card in 2020, I realized that true health isn’t about extreme dieting—it’s about creating a system that works for YOU.

Anna not only has helped me grow physically in strength but also mentally as a person. When I started with her I was doing your typical low calorie meal plan with hours of cardio. Since November I have magically watched my body change as muscle is added on with a major increase in food with little to no cardio. You’ll need access to some basic equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands work great, but I can customize based on what you have). You’ll also need a smartphone or computer to access your workouts, check-in forms, and coaching materials.

No! I focus on flexible, sustainable nutrition using a macro-based approach. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that fuels your body, supports your goals, and still allows for your favorite foods—no more crash dieting!

FAQ #3 How often do we check in?

We’ll have weekly check-ins to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and address any challenges. You’ll also have access to ongoing support via messaging so you’re never left guessing what to do next.

FAQ #4 What if I have an injury or medical condition?

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I understand how to modify workouts for injuries and limitations. If you have any concerns, we’ll discuss them before starting and adjust your program accordingly.
